The epoxy fiber reinforced plastic HP surface lines and downhole tubing are produced in strict conformance with API specifications. The annual output comes to 2000km in length with diameter ranging from DN40 to DN300mm.
The epoxy FRP HP surface line has standard API long round thread connections in composite material, whose wear resistance increases pipe working life.

The epoxy FRP downhole tubing is a kind of high performance, high tensile strength FRP pipe wound accurately by digital controlled equipment. Advanced fiber continuous wind technology is applied to realize satisfying tensile strength required in downhole applications.
The maximum working pressure for HP surface lines is 31MPa and downhole tubing is 26MPa. The maximum ambient temperature for aliphatic amine cured epoxy FRP pipe is 85℃ and aromatic amine cured epoxy FRP pipe is 110℃. Pipes applicable for temperature of 150℃ are available according to the customers request.
