General Description:
Workover rigs made by our company are designed and manufactured in accordance with standards of API Spec Q1, 4F, 7K, 8C and relevant standards of RP500, GB3826.1, GB3826.2, GB7258, SY5202 as well as “3C” compulsory standard. Whole workover rig has a rational structure, which only occupies a small space due to its high degree of integration. Heavy load 8x6, 10x8, 12x8, 14x8 regular drive self-propelled chassis and hydraulic power steering system are utilized, which ensures the rig a good mobility and cross-country capability. The reasonable matching of Caterpillar engine and Allison transmission box can ensure high driving efficiency and intrinsic safety. Main brake is belt brake or disc brake. There are pneumatic water cooled disc brake, hydromatic brake or electromagnetic eddy current brake for selection as auxiliary brake. Transmission case for rotary table has the function of forward and reverse shifts, and is suitable for all kinds of drill pipe thread’s rotary operations. Back torque release device ensures the safe release of drill pipe deformation. Mast, which is front-open bi-section matched installation forward-leaning one, can be raised up and down and also telescoped by hydraulic power. Drill floor is two-body telescope type or parallelogram structure, which is easy to hoist and transport. The dimension and height of the drill floor can be designed according to client’s requirements. The rig adopts “people-oriented” design concept, strengthens safety protection and detection measures, and is in compliance with HSE requirements.
